[PATCH v2 0/4] x86/sev: Rework SNP Guest Request

Started as a part of the fix for
ae596615d93d ("virt: sev-guest: Reduce the scope of SNP command mutex")

these are the remainder of followup fixes/improvements as
the SNP Guest Request code evolved enough to make it a bit hard to
follow.

Changes:

* added RBs
* adjusted grammar
* rebased on top of v6.16-rc1
