Indeed, the previous change mixed up the semantics between
SET_NOIRQ_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS() and NOIRQ_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS().
Fix this by using the modern NOIRQ_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS() instead.
