The MAINTAINERS file has Andrew Lunn, Florian Fainelli, and Vladimir Oltean
listed as the maintainers for generic dsa bindings. Update dsa.yaml and
dsa-port.yaml accordingly.

Please add Acked-by/Reviewed-by tags when posting new versions. However,
there's no need to repost patches *only* to add the tags. The upstream
maintainer will do that for acks received on the version they apply.

If a tag was not added on purpose, please state why and what changed.

Genuine mistake - my apologies. I see that I missed both yours and
Vladimir's on this patch. I'll be sure to add all of them should there
be another round.
