[PATCH] docs: bpf: document BPF_RB_OVERWRITE_POS in bpf_ringbuf_query

BPF_RB_OVERWRITE_POS is supported by bpf_ringbuf_query() but was missing
from the helper documentation. Add it to the flags list.
