Parse the macro VIRTIO_DECLARE_FEATURES(name) and expand it to its
definition. These prevents one build warning:

WARNING: include/linux/virtio.h:188 struct member 'VIRTIO_DECLARE_FEATURES(features' not described in 'virtio_device'
