Fix the following warnings reported by checkpatch:

./arch/m68k/q40/q40ints.c:172: WARNING: Prefer 'unsigned int' to bare 
use of 'unsigned'
./arch/m68k/q40/q40ints.c:211: WARNING: Prefer 'unsigned int' to bare 
use of 'unsigned'
