I think this is already covered by the change in e2aa5ad3be41a (ASoC:
amd: yc: Add DMI entry for MSI Thin A15 B7UC) which is already on it's
way to mainline - it has a substring of your product name so should
already match.  Can you confirm if this is still needed?

DMI_PRODUCT_NAME: Thin A15 B7UCX

mentions the "Thin A15 B7UC" quirk, and their names are indeed different.

The names are different, but DMI matches work on substrings so a match
on B7UC will also hit for a system with B7UCX.

You're right, DMI_MATCH uses strstr() for matching, so the existing 
"Thin A15 B7UC" entry already covers "Thin A15 B7UCX". This patch is 
unnecessary; please ignore it.
