Build and Boot Report  7.1.11-rc1

I built and tested Linux kernel version 7.1.11-rc1 using the default
configurations
on both x86_64 and arm64 architectures in a virtualized environment.

The kernel compiled successfully on both architectures and booted
without issues.
I did not observe any regressions or new warnings in dmesg during boot.

Build and boot tested with QEMU for x86_64, i386, arm64, and riscv
across multiple configurations, and boots on AMD Ryzen 7 5800H.
No regressions observed.

Builds, boots and works on my 2-socket Ivy Bridge Xeon E5-2697 v2 server. No dmesg oddities or regressions found.
