[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: add patchwork link to iio entry

The IIO subsystem entry in MAINTAINERS is missing the link to the IIO
patchwork system, making its existence lesser known.

Add the missing link.

TIL, that we have special entry type in MAINTAINERS for that.
