[PATCH] staging: rtl8723bs: fix comparison to true in dequeue_xmitframes_to_sleeping_queue

Replace "if (true == ret)" with "if (ret)" as flagged by
checkpatch.pl. This follows standard kernel style and avoids
the error-prone Yoda-style boolean comparison.
