[PATCH v3 2/6] arm64: dts: qcom: Make a common base from Redmi 5A

Redmi 5A was made by wingtech like Redmi 4A (rolex) and Redmi GO (tiare).
They are very similar, make a common base from riva for avoid
unnecessary code duplications.
