Convert the ISL12026 RTC binding from text format to YAML schema.
Remove the legacy text binding.
The new schema enables dtbs_check validation.

Do not attach (thread) your patchsets to some other threads (unrelated
or older versions). This buries them deep in the mailbox and might
interfere with applying entire sets. See also:
