[PATCH v1 13/25] perf hist: Remove evsel from struct hist_entry_iter

struct hist_entry_iter has the sample within it so the evsel is
unnecessary. Remove the evsel and update uses. Also remove the evsel
from hist__account_cycles and derive it from the sample too.
