Replace unsafe strcpy() and strcat() calls with snprintf() in
osunixdir.c to prevent potential buffer overflow vulnerabilities
when constructing file paths.

The snprintf() function performs automatic bounds checking to ensure
the destination buffer is not overflowed.

No functional change.
