Enable the Qualcomm WCD937x headphone audio codec as a loadable module,
as it is now required on the QCM6490 IDP platform.

It is not required on QCM6490 IDP platform. I can boot it perfectly fine
without this driver, so it is not precise.

No need to send v3. Just write concise and precise reasons why you are
doing something.
