[PATCH v2 2/3] ACPI: processor: idle: Redefine acpi_processor_setup_cpuidle_dev to void

The callers of acpi_processor_setup_cpuidle_dev() ignore its return value.
This function can be redefined to a void function.

No intentional functional impact.
