Sphinx reports kernel-doc warning:

WARNING: ./drivers/gpu/drm/amd/include/amd_shared.h:113 Enum value 'AMD_IP_BLOCK_TYPE_RAS' not described in enum 'amd_ip_block_type'

Describe the value to fix it.
