Qualcomm Monaco EVK Full Name of board goes here not some keywords.

You are adding this to common defconfig, that's not your own private one.

"..can be found on a Qualcomm Monaco EVK board" would be neater,
otherwise it's not obvious (and this file is of interest to folks
who work on non-Qualcomm boards too)
