[PATCH v2] arm64: Fix typos and spelling errors in comments

This patch corrects several minor typographical and spelling errors
in comments across multiple arm64 source files.

No functional changes.

Yup, works for me, and hopefully Oliver too. I don't think we have any
planned conflict with these files, but just in case, put it on a
"spelingz" branch that we can drag in if needed.
