dt-bindings: Fix inconsistent quoting

[PATCH] dt-bindings: Fix inconsistent quoting

yamllint has gained a new check which checks for inconsistent quoting
(mixed " and ' quotes within a file). Fix all the cases yamllint found
so we can enable the check (once the check is in a release). Use
whichever quoting is dominate in the file.

Can we simple require only use one of " or ' to let everyone follow easily?
support both " or ' is unneccessary options.

like hexvalue in dts should be lowcase.

I have a slight preference for single quotes.

OK, so outside human-readable descriptions, there should only be double
quotes in property values, i.e. on lines ending with a comma or a
semicolon.  Sounds like that can be scripted, or validated by scripting.

The base for the series is generally the latest rc1. A different dependency
should be noted in *this* patch.

If you already ran 'make dt_binding_check' and didn't see the above
error(s), then make sure 'yamllint' is installed and dt-schema is up to
date:

pip3 install dtschema --upgrade

Please check and re-submit after running the above command yourself. Note
that DT_SCHEMA_FILES can be set to your schema file to speed up checking
