[PATCH v3 07/15] staging: rtl8723bs: adding asterisks in multi-line block comments

Format multi-line block comments with leading asterisks

Add leading asterisks (*) on each line of multi-line block comments,
in accordance with kernel coding style. This improves consistency
and readability of the comments.

No functional changes.
