[PATCH v3 05/15] perf: Merge consecutive conditionals in perf_mmap()

    A;
  } else {

  }

  if (cond) {
    C;
  } else {
    D;
  }

into:

  if (cond) {
    A;
    C;
  } else {
    B;
    D;
  }

Notably the conditions are not identical in form, but are equivalent.
