[PATCH] staging: rtl8723bs: Fix multiple checkpatch warnings in rtl8723b_cmd.c

[PATCH] staging: rtl8723bs: Fix multiple checkpatch warnings in rtl8723b_cmd.c

Fix the following checkpatch warnings:
- Comparisons should place the constant on the right side
- Braces {} are not necessary for single statement blocks
- Block comments should align the * on each line
- No space before tabs

These are coding style fixes that improve code readability.

Hi,
