Both the orientation and rotation are read-only, and should report min
== max == def == cur. What am I missing ?

V4L2_CID_CAMERA_ORIENTATION has type V4L2_CTRL_TYPE_MENU
In _uvc_queryctrl_boundaries(), min and max are auto calculated, they
are not based on information from the device.
