Remove unnecessary 'else' after return. Improves readability of code.
It is easier to place comments. Check and fix all occurrences under
drivers/cxl/.

Seeing a gap here. This claims to check and fix all occurences yet it
omits the one instance that actually triggers a static checker in
cxl_region_invalidate_memregion()
WARNING: else is not generally useful after a break or return
