to this one.  If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

The kernel, bpf tool, perf tool, and kselftest builds fine for v6.1.131-rc1 on x86 and arm64 Azure VM.

Builds, boots and works on my 2-socket Ivy Bridge Xeon E5-2697 v2 server. No dmesg 
oddities or regressions found.
