Define clocks as supported by the RPMh on the SAR2130P platform. It
seems that on this platform RPMh models only CXO clock.

This is identical to the QDU1000 setup. Perhaps you can rename it to
something generic (bi_tcxo_div1_clocks[]) and reference it in both
compatible strings (as the compatibility seems rather incidental)
