Implement `Allocator` for `Kmalloc`, the kernel's default allocator,
typically used for objects smaller than page size.
All memory allocations made with `Kmalloc` end up in `krealloc()`.
It serves as allocator for the subsequently introduced types `KBox` and
`KVec`.
