[v7] Generic `Allocator` support for Rust

[PATCH v7 19/26] rust: error: use `core::alloc::LayoutError`

Use `core::alloc::LayoutError` instead of `alloc::alloc::LayoutError` in
preparation to get rid of Rust's alloc crate.
