A nit, subject: drop second/last, redundant "DT bindings". The
"dt-bindings" prefix is already stating that these are bindings.

I know that other qcom bindings use that order (clock-names -> clocks),
but at least for new bindings let's keep it more logical, so please
first clocks then clock-names.
