[PATCH v2 27/30] MIPS: eyeq5_defconfig: enable GPIO by default

Add both CONFIG_GPIOLIB=y and CONFIG_GPIO_NOMADIK=y to our platform
defconfig. Default config is CONFIG_GPIOLIB=n.
