Similar to the Renesas RZ/Five[1] the JH7100 SoC needs the non-portable
CONFIG_DMA_GLOBAL_POOL enabled which is incompatible with DMA_DIRECT_REMAP
selected by RISCV_ISA_ZICBOM.
