Use the new gpiochip_dup_line_label() helper to safely retrieve the
descriptor label.

Bikeshedding again. :)

But I plan on making all local variables across the core GPIOLIB code
consistent (no tabs and reverse xmas tree) closer to the end of the
release cycle.
