AR7 is going to be removed from the Kernel, so remove its support for
MTD.

I checked pxa_defconfig history. Most commits in the last 7 years were just removing outdated Kconfig symbols from all kind of subsystems. Like what we want to do here. I think it is okay to keep it.

As I stated in the cover-letter, I wonder if all this should go via MIPS. But there hasn't been any discussion about it yet.
