[PATCH stable 6.3 0/4] Missing cacheinfo backports

These patches resolve the following errors seen with linux-6.3.y on our
ARCH_BRCMSTB platforms which contain cache information in the Device
Tree:

[    0.002072] Early cacheinfo failed, ret = -22
