This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 5.15.74 release.
There are 33 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one.  If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

Responses should be made by Sun, 16 Oct 2022 08:25:00 +0000.
Anything received after that time might be too late.

Successfully cross-compiled for arm64 (bcm2711_defconfig, GCC 10.2.0) and
powerpc (ps3_defconfig, GCC 12.1.0).

No regressions found on WSL x86_64 and WSL arm64

Built, booted, and compared dmesg against 5.15.73.

5.15.74-rc1 compiled and booted on my x86_64 test system. No errors or
regressions.
