There are 24 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one.  If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

I don't see added commits, but one commit was dropped after the author
complained that it should not be applied to stable releases.

This is caused by commit 303e6da99429 ("gpio: mockup: remove gpio
debugfs when remove device"). I'm looking into it.
