[PATCH 4.9 00/28] 4.9.324-rc1 review

This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 4.9.324 release.
There are 28 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one.  If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

Responses should be made by Thu, 21 Jul 2022 11:43:40 +0000.
Anything received after that time might be too late.

On ARCH_BRCMSTB using 32-bit and 64-bit ARM kernels and built tested
