Compiled and booted on my test system Lenovo P50s: Intel Core i7
No emergency and critical messages in the dmesg

Successfully cross-compiled for arm (multi_v7_defconfig, GCC 12.1.0,
armv7 with neon FPU) and arm64 (bcm2711_defconfig, GCC 12.1.0).

Tested rc1 against the Fedora build system (aarch64, armv7, ppc64le,
s390x, x86_64), and boot tested x86_64. No regressions noted.
