linux-next: build failure after merge of the net-next tree

Hi all,

After merging the net-next tree, today's linux-next build (x86_64
allmodconfig) failed like this:

I have applied the following fix patch for today (a better one is
probably possible).

I forgot about this warning in net :-/ we did a similar patch to net to
avoid it, Stephen's patch is correct, 
I will submit his fixup to net-next in the morning.
