x86/sev: Rename SNP_FEATURES_PRESENT to SNP_FEATURES_IMPL
Rename SNP_FEATURES_PRESENT to SNP_FEATURES_IMPL to denote its counterpart
relationship with SNP_FEATURES_IMPL_REQ.
