tracing/timers: Rename hrtimer_init event to hrtimer_setup

The function hrtimer_init() doesn't exist anymore. It was replaced by
hrtimer_setup().

Thus, rename the hrtimer_init trace event to hrtimer_setup to keep it
consistent.
