[v2] merge UefiCpuPkg/UefiCpuLib to MdePkg/CpuLib

[edk2-devel] [PATCH v2 11/14] SourceLevelDebugPkg: Remove UefiCpuLib from module INFs.

Because UefiCpuPkg/UefiCpuLib is merged to MdePkg/CpuLib, remove the
dependency of UefiCpuLib.
