Introduces testing of some macros from <xen/bug.h>.
Also wraps this testing into SELF_TESTS config to not produce
a noise in the log related to functionality testing ( in the
current case, it is macros from xen/bug.h ) when CONFIG_SELF_TESTS
is disabled.
