Collect superio functionality and its controlling config registers
handling in an abstract VIA_SUPERIO class that is a subclass of
ISA_SUPERIO and put vt82c686b specific parts in a subclass of this
abstract class.

I'd say that you need to add the base addresses of the floppy/parallel/serial devices 
into the comment as otherwise it's impossible to validate that the configuration 
you're writing here matches what is visible in "info mtree"/the SuperIO defaults 
without having to dig through the datasheet.
