Thanks for your suggestions and help.

I noticed that my personal Gmail account sometimes misses emails from the QEMU mailing list.
I can now use lei to retrieve QEMU patches related to ASPEED in my local VM and mutt with my personal Gmail account to reply to patch reviews.
