[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Stop reviewing meson-related patches

With retrospective to commit 48fad83ff49 ("MAINTAINERS: add
entries for the key build bits") I think I only wanted to be
listed in the "Top Level Makefile and configure", not the
meson one (I'm not following meson changes closely enough).
