I was going to just send the host-utils change on its own but figured
it might be useful to have the motivating commits that encountered the
issue, so I've included those here too.

* Created custom expanders for absdiff
* New commit with tests for absdiff (only commit w/o R-b)
* Switched addsub to use a single 2x tcg_gen_gvec op for the pair
