[PULL 09/16] accel/kvm: Include missing 'exec/cpu-common.h' header

kvm-accel-ops.c uses EXCP_DEBUG, itself defined in
"exec/cpu-common.h". Include it explicitly, otherwise
we get when modifying unrelated headers:
