[PULL 12/49] hw/i386/pc: Remove pc_compat_4_0[] array

The pc_compat_4_0[] array was only used by the pc-q35-4.0,
pc-q35-4.0.1 and pc-i440fx-4.0 machines, which got removed.
Remove it.
